Health Tech / Product Strategy
In developmentMamabora
A maternal health app for first-time mothers in Nairobi. Targets smartphone-native, middle-class women in their first pregnancy.
Waziri Collective Labs handled product sequencing and feature architecture. The decision to lead with weekly pregnancy guidance over emergency first aid was deliberate: retention first, crisis response second. Monetization is built around contextual affiliate commerce, not premature marketplace expansion. The product is pre-launch. The strategy is documented and the roadmap is set.
Web3 / Marketplace Infrastructure
In developmentBora Agent Market
A marketplace for pre-loved goods where AI agents verify authenticity before any transaction clears.
The verification layer works through staking. Agents stake USDC to participate. A validator who flags a fraudulent listing earns from the pool. One who misses it loses stake — honest incentives without a central moderator. Phase 1: four Solidity smart contracts on Base L2 covering staking, marketplace logic, dispute resolution, and an insurance pool. Validator commission at 1.0% with tiered stakes and 25–40% APY target. A React/Vite/TypeScript simulation app lets validators test the economics before going live.
Logistics / Last-mile delivery
Early developmentSENDU
Electric bike delivery for Nairobi. Low-cost last-mile logistics using e-bikes instead of petrol riders.
Work in progress. More detail when it ships. In the lab: a route optimisation agent that suggests optimal e-bike delivery zones using Nairobi traffic patterns — minimising idle time and maximising deliveries per charge cycle.
