Waziri Collective Labs is an AI strategy and automation consultancy based in Nairobi, Kenya. Founded by Makori Brian, the firm started as the operational layer behind Bora International Group — a multi-venture portfolio spanning media, health tech, fintech, fashion, and youth advocacy. The tools and systems built internally became the product.
